The Management Board of Poznańska Korporacja Budowlana Pekabex S.A. (“the Issuer”) informs that the total gross value of contracts concluded by the Issuer’s subsidiary – Pekabex Bet S.A. (“the Company”) with „Noex spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością” spółka komandytowa (“the Investor”) in the calendar year 2021 exceeded 5% of the value of the Issuer’s consolidated equity according to the last published annual consolidated financial statements, and in total amounts to 2% of the revenues of the Pekabex Group, rounded off to the nearest whole percentages, according to the last published annual consolidated financial statements. The Issuer’s Management Board informs that the total gross value of contracts concluded by the Company with „Noex spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością” spółka komandytowa in the calendar year 2021 after the publication of this report will be counted from the beginning.
At the same time, the Management Board of the Issuer informs that the contract in connection with the conclusion of which the amount of 5% of the value of the Issuer’s consolidated equity according to the last published annual consolidated financial statements was exceeded was concluded on the condition that the Investor obtains a building permit for the investment being the subject of this contract no later than on the 31st of July, 2021.
