The Management Board of Poznańska Korporacja Budowlana Pekabex S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) would like to inform you about fixed dates for submission of periodical reports in 2018:
– consolidated annual report for 2017 on 25 April 2018
– consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2018 on 25 May 2018
– consolidated semi-annual report for H1 2018 on 7 September 2018
– consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2018 on 23 November 2018
Furthermore:
– in accordance with Section 83(1) and Section 83(3) of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February on Current and Periodical Information (…) (“Dziennik Ustaw” [Journal of Laws] of 2009, No. 33, item 259) (hereinafter referred to as the “Ordinance”), the Company will not publish separate quarterly reports and a separate semi-annual report because the consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated semi-annual report will contain separate financial information of the Company.
– in accordance with Section 101(2) of the Ordinance, the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly reports for Q2 2018 and Q4 2018.
