The Management Board of Poznańska Korporacja Budowlana Pekabex SA (the “Company”) informs that on June 29, 2021 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted a resolution on the payment of a dividend in the amount of PLN 10,178,869.92 (in words: ten million one hundred seventy eight thousand eight hundred and sixty nine zlotys 92/100), i.e. PLN 0.41 per share. The number of shares covered by the dividend is 24,826,512.
The Ordinary General Meeting of the Company set the dividend date on July 16, 2021 and the dividend payment date on July 30, 2021.
