Many years of positive relations and the increasingly advanced implementation of projects on the German market – both in the area of prefabrication, as well as general contracting and development, allow us to be optimistic about the further development of the Pekabex Group’s operations in this country. The purchase of the FTO Fertigteilwerk Obermain prefabrication plant in Bavaria-Upper Franconia in December 2020 allowed us to improve cost efficiency by reducing the costs of transporting prefabricated elements. The purchase of FTO fits perfectly into the expansion strategy on the promising German market and leads to an increase in the involvement of the Poznań group in this area.
